move with me
Sometimes you need to get out of your head and into your body.
We spend so much of our lives thinking about our bodies from the outside. How they look. How they perform. What they can do. What other people expect from them. Whether they're attractive enough, strong enough, feminine enough, appropriate enough, useful enough.
But what does your body feel like when it gets to be just yours?
My movement experiences use dance, rhythm, storytelling, play, and a vocabulary drawn from different styles and traditions to explore that question. We move to reconnect with the parts of ourselves we've quieted, contained, forgotten, or handed over along the way. To feel ourselves from the inside instead of constantly experiencing our bodies through somebody else's eyes.
This isn't just about learning how to move. It's about coming home to the body doing the moving.
An embodied exploration of the full range of feminine energy, not just the parts we’ve been taught are acceptable. Through movement, we create space for the sensual, soft, powerful, playful, angry, wild, ancestral, protective, erotic, joyful, and everything in between. Nothing to perform. Nothing to prove. Just room to welcome all of yourself and see what happens when she gets to show up freely.
More than shaking ass. Twerk is movement with roots in celebration, ceremony, power, sensuality, and connection to the feminine, the divine, and the natural world. We honor that lineage while learning the technique, control, rhythm, and body awareness the movement demands. This is about knowing what your body is doing, owning the way you move it, celebrating everything it can do, and having a great time doing it.
The chair isn’t just a prop—it gives your body something to work with. Using it for support, leverage, balance, and play opens up a different range of movement and expression than you may find standing on your own. Explore new shapes, levels, transitions, and ways of moving while discovering what becomes possible when your body has something to lean into.

Frequently Asked Questions

Every experience is a little different, but expect to release some things. We may shake, roll, isolate, stomp, twerk, stretch, laugh, sweat, make some noise, or try something that feels completely unfamiliar. All of it is designed to get you out of your head and back to yourself.
-
Nope. These experiences are designed to meet you where you are. We’ll break movements down, explore what your body can do, and build from there. You don’t need choreography experience, flexibility, rhythm, or a particular kind of body. You just need to be willing to move.
-
Some experiences, including Awakening the Forbidden Feminine, are intentionally created as private spaces for women. But movement itself isn’t gendered, and I work with people of all genders and ages. If you’re looking for a workshop for men, boys, youth, or a mixed group, reach out. We can build something that fits.
-
Not during public movement experiences. I want you paying attention to your body, not wondering how you look on somebody’s camera. Creating a space where people can explore, be ridiculous, get sensual, get messy, try something new, and simply move without performing for an audience is part of the work.
For private parties and events, feel free to record if everyone in your group is comfortable.
-
Absolutely. Workshops can be built for parties, celebrations, retreats, studios, organizations, youth programs, conferences, community spaces, and other events. I can start with one of the existing experiences or create something around your group, goals, theme, and the kind of experience you want people to leave with.
